Who Is Satya Rankireddy?

Have you ever wondered if there’s MORE to life?  That there is something BIG out there waiting for you or you have something burning inside of you to inspire and make an impact?

Well, my name is Satya Rankireddy, and that was me back in 2018 as I sat behind the desk in my model home office waiting for the next buyer to come walking through.

As an outsider looking in, my life seemed pretty good. Good job, beautiful house, nice car, amazing wife but career-wise, I was stuck. It drove me crazy waking up each morning to work on someone else’s schedule and someone else’s dream; being stuck at an office 12 hours a day, including nights and weekends was not how I wanted to spend the rest of my life until I was 65.

At the end of 2021, my wife and I spoke and decided it was time for me to do something great and start my career in general real estate. I had two kids at the time, I was 38, and I figured if I was going to create my ideal life, now is the time to do it.

So I began my career in real estate as a real estate seller owner. I created a Future Address Real-Estate India Pvt Ltd.

Originally from Andhra Pradesh, Satya Rankireddy moved to Hyderabad to earn a graduate degree in Master Business Administration at Osmania University. This knowledge helps me to use it daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Satya has been working in real estate for over 4 years. Satya’s clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.

As a Hyderabad native and a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I have been a leading top producer for over 4 years. My sales consistently rank in the top 1% of all real estate domestically. Prior to entering real estate, I served as a software professional in top reputed MNC companies. These experiences instilled in me the discipline it takes to build the most powerful real estate team in Hyderabad. Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community and serve as a Board Member of Third Way Center, which helps high-risk, disadvantaged youth become successful adults.
